Cataloging Should Evolve

I really enjoyed the RDA article by Coyle and Hillmann. I believe that cataloging should evolve as libraries and their users do. Using a system from the 19th century makes no sense in todays day and age. Users want to be able to search by anything today, any keyword possible and denying them this is only going to frustrate and make it less likely that someone will return to use the library. Cataloging has to be tweaked for each individual library and its users needs because what may work for one library may not work for another.
